We do not ask for payment-card details through this website and do not intentionally collect special-category personal data.
3. How and why we use information
- To answer enquiries, prepare quotations and take steps requested before a contract.
- To perform and document accepted orders and meet legal, accounting and compliance obligations.
- To send studio notes where you have given consent.
- To protect the website, prevent abuse and maintain reliable service based on our legitimate interests.
Where consent is the legal basis, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting processing that occurred before withdrawal.
5. Service providers and international transfers
Our website and forms use Cloudflare hosting and D1 database services. Resend sends confirmation and transactional emails. Tencent enterprise email may be used for direct business correspondence. These providers process information only for the relevant service and under their applicable contractual and security terms.
Because QINGYUN is based in China and serves international business contacts, information may be processed outside your country. Where applicable law requires transfer safeguards, we use the provider’s contractual transfer mechanism and limit the data to what is necessary for the stated purpose.
6. Retention
Wholesale enquiry records are deleted or anonymized after 24 months unless an order, legal obligation or active business relationship requires longer retention. Confirmed newsletter subscriptions remain active until withdrawal. Order, tax and compliance records are kept for the period required by applicable law.
7. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or data portability, and may withdraw consent. Send requests to wholesale@qingyunincense.com. We aim to respond within 30 days; complex or legally restricted requests may take longer where the law permits.
You may also complain to the data-protection authority in the place where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred.
8. Security and analytics
We use access controls, encrypted transport, restricted service credentials and data minimization. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, but we review access and limit stored fields to the stated purpose.
The planned production analytics configuration uses Cloudflare Web Analytics without advertising cookies. If future features introduce non-essential cookies or tracking, this policy and the consent interface will be updated before activation.
9. EU representative
At the current B2B launch stage, processing relating to people in the European Union is intended to be occasional, does not include large-scale special-category data, and is not expected to create a high risk to individuals. QINGYUN therefore does not currently maintain an EU representative under the occasional-processing exemption in Article 27(2)(a) GDPR. We will reassess this position if our EU-facing activity or processing model changes.
