1. Site operator
QINGYUN (清昀) is a brand of Beijing Qingyang Zijin Technology Co., Ltd. (北京清杨紫金科技有限公司), a limited liability company registered in the People’s Republic of China.
Registered office: Room A701, Unit 1128, 11th Floor, No. 18 Zhongguancun Street, Haidian District, Beijing 100080, China. Unified Social Credit Code: 91110108MAK5UH9D1C. Contact: wholesale@qingyunincense.com.
2. Scope
These terms govern access to this website, its editorial material and wholesale enquiry tools. They do not by themselves form a sales contract. Each sale, sample request or customization project is governed by the written quotation, pro forma invoice, order confirmation and any project-specific terms accepted by both parties.
3. Product information
We aim to keep published product names, dimensions, materials and images accurate. Handmade products and natural materials may show reasonable variation. Screen display can also affect colour.
Availability, price, minimum order quantity, packaging, lead time and customization scope are not fixed by the website. They are confirmed for the actual project in writing. If website information conflicts with an accepted quotation or order confirmation, the accepted order document controls.
4. Quotes and orders
A website enquiry is not an order. A binding order is formed only when the buyer accepts a written quotation or pro forma invoice and QINGYUN confirms the order, subject to any payment condition stated in that document.
Customized formulas, packaging, moulds and branded pieces may involve minimum quantities and fixed development costs that cannot be removed. Any intellectual-property or tooling arrangement must be agreed separately in writing.
5. Payment
Available payment methods may include bank transfer (T/T), PayPal and Payoneer. Standard wholesale orders are normally prepaid. Customized projects may use a deposit and balance schedule, but the percentages are stated only in the written quotation or order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated, quoted prices exclude destination-country duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and local VAT or sales tax.
6. Delivery, title and risk
Shipping method, named place, cost allocation and risk transfer are confirmed in the written quotation. Bulk orders may be quoted under an agreed Incoterms® 2020 rule. Eligible light shipments may use a duty-inclusive carrier service; this service arrangement does not constitute a DDP Incoterms agreement and does not make QINGYUN the destination-country importer.
Delivery dates are estimates until confirmed in writing and may change because of production, carrier, customs or permit requirements outside reasonable control.
7. Samples
Eligible wholesale buyers may request one standard sample kit containing five blended-incense beads and five incense-stick samples for US$9.90 shipping. The standard sample shipping charge is not automatically credited against a later bulk order. Non-standard sample charges may be credited only when confirmed in writing.
After dispatch, the buyer accepts risks arising from customs inspection, seizure, return or destination-country restrictions, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Returns and damage claims
B2B goods are not returnable or exchangeable for non-quality reasons unless the written order terms say otherwise. Visible shortage, transport damage or breakage should be reported with photographs and packaging evidence within seven calendar days of receipt so that the claim can be reviewed.
Customized goods cannot normally be cancelled after production has begun. Any remedy for a confirmed defect is determined under the accepted order documents and applicable mandatory law.
9. Import and product compliance
The buyer is responsible for confirming destination-country import, labelling, retail and use requirements unless the written order assigns a specific obligation to QINGYUN. Products containing regulated botanical or animal-origin materials may require permits, declarations or entry through designated ports.
Products containing Aquilaria species or natural shell are quoted for cross-border supply only after the applicable shipment route and documentary requirements have been confirmed.
10. Intellectual property and permitted use
QINGYUN owns or licenses the website design, text, photography, marks and product presentation. You may use approved product material supplied for your confirmed retail or distribution activity. You may not reproduce, modify, resell or train systems on website content for unrelated commercial purposes without written permission.
11. Liability
The website is provided for general product and trade information. To the extent permitted by applicable law, QINGYUN is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on unconfirmed website information, third-party links, carrier delays or destination-country decisions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Any project-specific warranty, limitation, dispute process or governing-law clause is stated in the accepted order documents.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms when the website, business model or applicable requirements change. The date at the top identifies the current version. Questions may be sent to wholesale@qingyunincense.com.
